Think Clueless meets gossip girl, and this is the trend for Autumn/Winter - Check, tartan and houndstooth print are everywhere!
I am loving this trend! Mainly so I can imagine I am a New York socialite :P I do think though that it can be a bit of a difficult trend to wear, too much or the wrong colours can look a bit trashy. With the print being bold and heavy I think the best way to wear it is to team 1 print piece with simple block colours.
