Kristen Stewart / Pixiwoo inspired
06:53
I wanted to recreate one of my favourite make up looks which is the Kristen Stewart tutorial by pixiwoo as seen in the picture below (the youtube tutorial can be found here)
As I don't have all of the products used in the tutorial I substituted a few for ones I felt were similar.
Products Used by Products I Used
MAC Fluidline in Blacktracks L'oreal Paris Gel Intenza eyeliner
MAC Taupe Blusher (discontinued) MAC Wedge Eyeshadow
MAC Cranberry eyeshadow MAC Cranberry eyeshadow
MAC Carbon eyeshadow Urban Decay Blackout eyeshadow
MAC Smolder eyeliner MAC Graphblack Technakhol Liner
Eyeko Skinny Brush Mascara MAC Zoomfast Blacklash Mascara
I began by applying L'oreal Paris Gel Intenza eyeliner all over the eye lid with a MAC 239 and blended it out with a MAC 217, I also took this underneath the eye.
I then blended MAC Wedge eyeshadow through the crease to add warmth.
Then I added a bit more L'oreal Paris Gel Intenza eyeliner to the lid and then with a clean MAC 239 applied MAC Cranberry over the top, the black underneath not only intensifies the Cranberry colour but gives the eyeshadow a base to cling to.
I then ran some of the MAC Cranberry underneath the eye.
To create depth I then blended the Urban Decay Blackout eyeshadow into the outer corner of the eye and underneath the eye.
It is a good idea to do one eye at a time and work fairly quickly so that the gel liner base doesn't dry up on one eye when applying the shadow to the other.
Once the shadow was done, I lined the upper and lower waterline with MAC Graphblack Technakhol Liner, and applied a thin line of L'oreal Paris Gel Intenza eyeliner to the lid with no flick.
Finally I applied MAC Zoomfast Blacklash Mascara to the lashes to complete the look.
Thanks for reading
xx
