The Urban Decay 15th Anniversary palette has some amazing colours that I wanted to play around with, the following look is not particularly practical but I enjoyed creating it and might be fun for a party.

Begin with a white cream base so that the shadow has something to cling to and to make the colours vibrant.  On the outer and inner corners I used 'Junkshow', leaving a gap in the centre to apply 'Deepend', blend together the edges where the two colours meet, then apply 'Deepend' along the lower lash line. I then blended 'Omen' over the top of 'Junkshow' on the inner and outer corners creating a warm purple colour. I then took a small amount of 'Junkshow' to blend along the top just above the crease.

I then lined the upper and lower water lines and applied plenty of mascara.
